CAN STAND-ALONE BATTERIES BE SHIPPED OVERSEAS or VIA an EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHOD
No. All batteries are FAA approved for in-flight use. However, due to regulations, batteries cannot ship as cargo and therefore, shipping cannot be expedited. All batteries must ship via ground only.

All countries/regions are shipped on a tax-exclusive basis, which means that taxes and duties need to be paid by the buyer. In case the customs or express delivery requires you to pay extra during the import, you need to pay in time.

WHAT HAPPENS if THERE WAS an ERROR in SHIPPING
Any shipping discrepancy or error including wrong or missing items must be reported to The Oxygen Concentrator Supplies Shop within 2 days of delivery. If all representatives are busy, please leave a message with your name, a valid phone number, and your order number and we will return your call as quickly as possible.
