The hygiene exception does not remove rights relating to products that are defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described. Customers should contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address. The company address, warehouse address and return address may be different.

Return shipping costs, original shipping charges, deductions for diminished value and refund timing will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. No restocking fee will be charged where prohibited by law.
